Paul Frediani's Sports Athletics

This former Golden Gloves and Diamond Belt Light Heavyweight boxing champion was Paul Fredianiborn in Tuscany, Italy and raised in San Francisco, Ca. A continuing education provider for the American Council of Exercise, Paul developed and teaches a class titled "BoxAthletics", providing .4 CEC's to personal trainers interested in incorporating boxing into their fitness curriculum.

Paul was the founding Fitness Director of the Hamptons Boot Camp in East Hampton and co-author of The Boot Camp Workout. He is currently a co-director of Directions in Fitness, a continuing education site for personal trainers being launched in 09 by Hatherleigh Publishing, NYC. Paul is also on the advisory board of Drive 495, a founding member of Society for Golf and Medicine, and the advisory board of Surf Stronger.

In the media Paul has appeared on all the major TV networks and on CNN as a fitness expert. In print he has been featured everywhere from the New York Times to the Sunday London Times, Vogue and most all fitness magazines.

Paul believes training and motivating people to establish a healthy lifestyle is his calling and his opportunity to write books and articles that help people achieve their fitness goals is a blessing. Paul's philosophy on fitness is simple. Create a vision, establish motivations, set S.M.A.R.T goals, and strategize a plan then GO!
